for general assistance or to schedule a training with a LINK Support Team member!
Great for subscribers that are new to LINK, have recently started using the more advanced features or require assistance with a project.
Daily phone support is always provided to subscribers that require immediate assistance or a quick tutorial.
Emails are monitored frequently to ensure subscribers are using LINK with ease. Written instructions can be emailed on a variety of topics for those that prefer to have step-by-step, print-ready guides.
A high level of support for those subscribers with complex requests or technical issues. A LINK Support Team member can remotely log into a computer to assist when Phone Support is not effective and on-site assistance is not an option.
