Waterfront and Seaport District
The next five years...
featuring Vivien Li, President of The Boston Harbor Association

As usual, we had a wonderful turnout for the discussion with Vivien Li.  She provided compelling information regarding the development of the Waterfront and Seaport District neighborhoods in relation to both residential, community and commercial changes.  We look forward to collaborating with Vivien further on subsequent events (and tours!) to stay up-to-date on the future development of these areas.

Building Boston
The Next Generation of New Construction
with Mark DiNapoli and Jim English of Suffolk Construction

LINK had a great success with the "Building Boston" conversation on June 9th at 45 Province.  Suffolk Construction discussed several topics, including the influx of rental buildings, the new residential units at Copley Place and the change that Vertex has brought to the Seaport.  The location of the event was a luxury unit at 45 Province Street, complete with high end finishes, impressive views and incredible building amenities.  A reception with catering by Tables of Content and wine courtesy of 45 Province allowed for continued discussion and networking.
